The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run NHIEPrepPro: your email and account details, your practice results, and basic analytics. We use Stripe for payments and never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

How we use it

Service providers we use

These providers process data on our behalf, and each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles information.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to save your practice progress on your device. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate site usage. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time — doing so may sign you out and clear locally saved progress.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live — including California and the EU/UK — you may have additional statutory rights, and we honor those requests.

Data retention and security

We keep account and study data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

NHIEPrepPro is intended for adults pursuing professional licensure and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the date above. Questions or requests: [email protected]
