By accessing or using preppro.org (“NHIEPrepPro”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we provide
NHIEPrepPro provides practice questions and study materials for the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE). We are an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors, PSI, Pearson VUE, AMP, InterNACHI, ASHI, or any state licensing authority. NHIE® is a trademark of its respective owner.
3. No guarantee of exam results
Our materials are designed to help you prepare, but we do not guarantee that you will pass the NHIE or achieve any particular score. Your result depends on your own preparation, knowledge, and the exam itself. Practice scores on this site are not predictions of your official exam result.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individual use. Please don’t share your login. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Purchases and refunds
Plans are sold as a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Purchases are covered by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee — email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Prices may change, but changes never affect a purchase you have already made.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or other content
- Share your account access with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts, or our systems
- Use automated tools to extract content from the site
- Use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or other users
7. Intellectual property
All questions, explanations, text, and design on this site are owned by NHIEPrepPro and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own exam preparation. It does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.
8. Educational purpose and limitation of liability
Content on this site is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice. Home inspection standards, building codes, and licensing requirements vary by state and change over time; always verify against your state’s current requirements and the official NHIE content outline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NHIEPrepPro’s total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
